The interactive learning resources I want to develop will have the function of video playback. At the same time, it will be equipped with subtitles and an option to independently adjust the video slow or fast. Students can review and arrange their own studies at a convenient time. This helps students eliminate the barriers to language difficulties. They can use playback to consolidate what they did not understand during the first time of learning. They can also use the subtitles provided on the instructional video to make necessary notes excerpts. Secondly, there is no restriction on time difference, which is fair to students in any time zone. In the discussion after the instructional video, students can enrich their understanding of the course through discussions with other students. Our courses do not limit the age, occupation and nationality of students, so some learning obstacles can be eliminated to a certain extent.
